[ OCCUPY ] C H R I S T M A S !
Here's a great way to put the Spirit back into the Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/Solstice Season this year, whether you're religious or otherwise.
• Buy American. Help an American keep her or his job by buying what he or she earns a living producing.
• Buy local. Begin taking Main Street back from Wall $treet.
• Spend less. Make it. Bake it. Repair it. Repaint it.
With the Holidays almost upon us, it's a perfect time to tell family and friends what you expect from them this Christmas time, and what you do not prefer this year. Here's a list to help jump start your imagination:
1) Tell them that this Holiday Season in your home things they make themselves will be more highly prized than anything they can purchase.
2) If you think you're not handy, or cannot make it, cook it or re-store and recycle it, then buy things which other Americans made, from local shops which are American owned and operated.
3) For instance: buy your gifts from local artists, farmers markets, bakers, craftspeople and candy makers! Try gift certificates from barbers, hair dressers, restaurants, car detailers, gyms or local theater tickets. Once you put your mind to it, the list that bubbles forth is endless!
4) Let everyone know, politely but firmly in no uncertain terms, that mass produced stuff from Wangladesh or Hembucktu is not acceptable this year.
5) This Holiday Season Share the Wealth (what little there is of it) with those closest to home, by NOT support Corporations who ship American Jobs overseas to increase profits for the 1%. If neither Scrooge Congress nor the President can create jobs in America, show them how you can pitch in to do your part.
6) It's time we the 99% began taking care of ourselves, and the best way is to cut out the middle-men, the top-dogs, the fat-cats, and the foreign producers who run out-of-sight sweatshops using child labor.
7) Spend where your money stays in America, circulates in America, and creates jobs in America.
8) That goes down even to things like Christmas wrappings made wherever overseas. Start saving your Sunday comic sections to use for colorful wrapping paper at Christmas, made in America, and recycled in America.
9) Stop shopping WallyWorld and other BIG BOX franchise importers who have for decades forced American companies to open plants outside the US, exporting jobs for more profit to the 1%. After they choke on the mass of imported stuff they ordered back last Summer, you can pick up things at pennies on the dollar after New Year's to put aside for later gift giving, like birthdays. If they can manipulate markets, so can we: don't buy it.
10) Boycott anything made or sold by right-wingnut tea party financiers like the billionaire KOCH Brothers and Art Pope (Roses, Maxway, Value Mart, Super 10 and Super Dollar (though not Dollar General), among others owned by Variety Wholesalers Inc.) 11) Get to know your extended neighborhood, the folks right here at home who spend their lives making beautiful things: potters, weavers, musicians, glass blowers, book writers, organic farmers, fishermen, bakers, florists, woodworkers, orchardists, cheese makers, ballon twisters, and on and on: but only buy stuff made in America.
12) Buying USED things sends NO profit back to the manufacturer, no matter where. Buying used Chinese from a thrift shop, yard sale or a friend, sends nothing back to communist China, and supports folks right here in the USA.
13) During the other Great Depression which my parents and your grandparents lived thru, they survived by doing exactly this, and more. When 'new' was not available, or not affordable, they repaired, fixed up, re-painted and made useable things out of discards.
14) Re-gifting is IN. Closets and attics full of stuff that someone gave you that you never use is great to Re-gift. (It would be good if you can remember who gave it to you, so as not to re-gift the gifter!)
15) And heirloom gifting is IN. This is a great year to pass on things memorable and meaningful to the next generation. And take time to write a story so your piece of history is preserved.
16) While you're cleaning out storage areas to rediscover what's hiding there, make a pile of stuff you cannot re-gift or make into something else, and pass it on to local Thrift Shops who help your neighbors in need. Set a goal: reduce stuff in storage by a third.
17) At the time of first publishing this on 11/11/11, there are 6 weeks until Winter Solstice Holiday Season, plenty of time to plan, discover, make, dream, explore, enjoy, and turn this Holiday into the best one you and your family may ever have together.
18) Use the internet to help you discover things you can make on your own. Try this:
19) Surprise your family by how inventive and creative you can be! Six weeks is plenty of time to do things you always keep putting off, til SomedayIsle, or when IgetaRoundTuit.
20) You can do this for whatever reason you choose. Maybe buying American makes you feel patriotic. Maybe making things for others is a joy. Maybe doing your part to drain a little profit from the TransNational Corporations of Wall $treet helps you to feel like a more loyal American. Whatever motivates you, that's a Reason for the Season!

• Use what you save to pay down your personal debt ASAP. Becoming as debt free as possible is a great Goal.
Make a shopping list, reduce it by a third, and stick to it. No impulse buying.

Move your personal banking business out of commercial banks, and into a Credit Union as soon as possible. Member owned Credit Unions will do whatever possible to assist their members, while commercial banks will be looking for every way to increase their falling profits. Commercial banks must increase profits to satisfy stockholder expectations. In Credit Unions, YOU are the shareholders.

Pay off and retire ALL in-store credit cards. Charges, even when paid and the card cancelled, remain on your credit history for 7 years, affecting your overall credit score. If you are addicted to paying with a card, buy in-store Gift Cards. They cost you no interest, help teach you to live within limits, and in the long run may improve your credit score.

Get serious about conservation, the best untried energy source around. Carpool. Walk. Bike. If every car that has only one person in it had two or three instead, there would be no energy crisis, slashing dependence on foreign oil. Most Americans live near a public park or recreation center. They're yours. Use them. Find out what your Public Library has for you in books, CDs and DVDs, recycled magazines. They're already paid for, and cost you nothing.

Begin thinking frugally about how to make do with all the stuff you already have that requires spending as little money as possible. Spend your time being creative, rather than worrying. Make it. Is there any way to save America?
Any way to keep this disaster from sinking democracy?
As the Economy continues to tank, 3rd Political Parties are being discussed. No chance. Primary Challengers to Obama are beginning discussed on the Internet blogosphere. We're still 13 months out from the DNC Convention in Charlotte, so it's possible. But this risks playing even more into hands of the Aristocracy of the Wealthiest by splitting the Democratic Party.
Is there a plan that can work? Yes. It has 2 parts.
1) Obama unchains himself from his Wealth Aristocracy Masters. He announces soon that he shall not run again in 2012. That leaves him free to start swinging his ax like he promised he would during the 2008 campaign, before they bound his hands and took him captive. He can still save the value of his Presidency "of, by and for the People."
2) Hillary resigns as Secretary of State soon after Obama's announcement. With no opposition from a Democrat, she, Obama and the Democratic Party can pound the anti-American tea party rabble back under the rocks they came from, and begin to force Congress to straighten up, organizing a broad sweep of great Democratic Candidates to run, flushing Rethuglicans out of office, a clean sweep at the Local, State and National levels to take back America from the Wealth Aristocracy, no matter how many billions they spend. Registration to run in Primaries is coming up soon in all States for 2012 Election. No time to waste.
It's an end run around the conservative Retuglican tea party Wealth Aristocracy which they have no defense for. It's their worse nightmare, brought home to them by the Party of the People.

Preface note, 8/4/11: I've been working all day researching, rewriting, weaving in more data and links, watching as the next Global Meltdown begins. This is Thurs night, 2 days later, and the Stock Market has begun a downward slide. It may rebound Friday, like the Titanic rearing up before is slips away, or it may plunge. [NOBAMA] Aug 2, 2011: A date that will live in infamy . . .
Remembering History: FDR: NEW DEAL - Obama? RAW DEAL
Seven months and 7 days after I was born, President Franklin D Roosevelt delivered his now famous Infamy Speech to a joint session of Congress, describing the previous day when the Empire of Japan sneak attacked democracy of my United States.
Seventy years, 2 months and a day after I was born, living now by the Grace of FDR's Social Security, I find myself struggling to write my feelings the day after the Empire of Obama sneak attacked democracy of my United States.
I worked to elect Democrat Obama. I voted for Obama. I believed in Obama. I trusted Obama.
I closely followed my President's Progress, or lack thereof, watching failure after failure to deliver on most promises made. No Guantamamo close. No end to Wars, more started. No Universal National Healthcare. No repeal of Bush tax cuts for the rich. A theatrical Osama assassination, because he needed a victory of any kind.
None of the critical things which Bush & Corporate Wall $treet Banksters used to drive us into Trillion dollars of debt were being touched. And finally, a sneak attack on FDR's Social Safety Net, the New Deal, stealthily concealed inside a cleverly concocted Trojan horse, an ersatz Debt Ceiling 'Crisis'.
Nothing moves a Nation thru duplicity quicker than fear itself.
No truly Democratic President or elected official has ever dreamed of weakening Social Security. And yet, my President had not only laid Social Security as a gambling chip on the Wall Street Casino Table, but he upped the ante with Medicare and Medicaid as well.
Conservative Rethugs in the US House, one-third being first term tea party Reps, many who had never served in any elected position before, took the United States Government hostage, as no other alien enterprise ever could. Obama negotiated with hostage takers, ignorant of standard FBI instructions to never pay ransom to kidnappers. But, then, Obama was working to his own private agenda.
Anticipating a reaming to come, on July 22nd, 4 days before Obama'a speech to the Nation, during a slow rolling epiphany, I broke with my President and wordsmithed my first Edition of a new series:

It's crunch time, and Republican President Obama is delivering to his Wall Street and Corporate Masters.
Elected by fooling liberal and progressive Democrats that he would Change America for them, Republican Obama has always been an advocate of Ronald Reagan's failed trickle-down Economic Theory which was developed at University of Chicago where DINO Obama was born.
Trickle-down fails for ordinary Americans. It does not fail for millionaires and billionaires: it makes them richer, which is exactly what Republican Obama was put in the White House to do.
There is NO Economic Crisis regarding the Debt Ceiling. This false Crisis was manufactured in order to drive a hole thru the Middle Class of America which it shall never recover from. The intention of Wall $treet Banks is that Americans shall be in debt to them now and forevermore, Amen. Republican President Obama is their tool to accomplish their goal, by pretending this invented Crisis demands it.

One more glance back into the mirror of FDR's Great Depression. It was not all smooth sailing for FDR either, and he had opponents as bad or worse than Obama's today. In 1934, the fascist American Liberty League formed of bankers and corporate industrialists claimed to be bipartisan, but intended to overthrow FDR's New Deal. In these years before WWII, many were profiting from financing the rise of militant Naziism in Germany and Italy. They included the duPont Brothers, JP Morgan, EF Hutton, the Pew Oil family and the fascist front National Association of Manufacturers. Other notable Fascists financing Hitler's rise to power included Prescott Bush, ancestor of both George Bushes, and Fred KOCH, father of the billionaire KOCH Brothers who finance our fake tea party. One thing that united them: they absolutely hated FDR's Social Security.

As this mirror view of the last Great Depression shows, KOCH Bros tea party is nothing new. It's fascist predecessor of Wall $treet Bankers and Corporation Owners was formed to kill the New Deal then, just as their descendants intend to destroy the Middle Class in America today by crushing the remnants of FDR's New Deal. FDR was from the Upper Class, and fortunately understood these fascist sociopaths well.
Obama has no experience with, nor understanding of, the wealthy ruling fascist class in America. He took their money, and became a willing shill to do their bidding, conned into believing he will become rich and well remembered for selling out to them. Obama is a political adolescent, playing around with people and fascist forces he has absolutely no understanding of, bully pros of the schoolyard who eat his lunch, every day.
What America has been forced to watch during a totally staged and fraudulent Debt Ceiling "Crisis" is 3rd rate actors playacting at leadership. A large rabble of ignorant Congress Critters elected only last November are standing in the wings, throwing rotten produce at anyone who appears on stage. These simpletons have absolutely no care for what pain they inflict to citizens of our Nation.

There had been background mutterings from Obama, once he attained the safety of being elected, even before he was inaugurated, that he wanted to 'change' Social Security, not specifying how or what.
Obama Pledges Reform of Social Security, Medicare Programs
Liberals, progressives and Democrats just assumed that he meant to tweak it to 'fix' distant problems Rethuglicans were alway bringing up. Few noticed that what he said was an absolute lie: Social Security had absolutely nothing to do with the National Debt. It's what he had been programmed to say. Obama went on quietly selling that lie, even setting up a rigged Debt Study Commission to give his lie legitimacy.Social Security is solvent for years to come. It is NOT broke. Quite the contrary, it is the most successful Government program ever devised. If it were a failure, why would Wall $treet be trying so hard for so long to own it? To make it better? No. To privatize it meant to make it profitable for rich people, by cutting benefits to those who paid money all their lives into it, trusting their Government to live up to its word.
This has been a goal of the Rethuglican Party since even before Reagan. The Rethuglican Party is the party of the rich. As it grew more ultra-conservative -<conservatives conserve nothing but the wealth of the wealthiest>- they NEVER created a single jobs bill nor intentionally helped the thriving Middle Class of America, which was able to grow out of FDR successful guiding us out of the Great Depression and bringing us thru WWII. Social Security became a pot of gold which the moneyed Aristocracy craved and lusted after every time they had control of Congress or the White House. But Democrats had always resisted them, thwarting their theft of the Social Security Trust Fund.
When Nazi financier Prescott Bush's son, and then his grandson, wasn't able to bring home the bacon, and GwB was driving the Nation deeper into debt with his Wars for Profiteers and Dick Cheney's Wars for Oil, the money people who control Rethuglican Party puppets decided that if they could elect a DINO (Democrat in Name Only) he would be the perfect ploy to finally capture the Social Security Prize.
So, by choosing an old war hero and an uncontrollable young chickie only a heartbeat away from the Presidency, they were able elect a Black man to the White House, because they knew he would stir a unending fanable undercurrent of racial hatred in America. Obama was much to their advantage over choosing his Democratic opponent, the more political savvy wife of a former President who had once herself tried to reform Healthcare by kicking Insurance Corps out. But they nailed her then, and they for sure would not let her be President in 2008. But a Black man could be trained to bring home the bacon.
As America's arch enemy Joseph Stalin once said, "It's not who votes that counts. It's who counts the votes." With Rethuglicans owning the makers of computer voting machines rapidly being installed across America to replace verifiable paper ballots, it was no longer necessary to have the Supreme Court throw an election as they did for Bush in 2000. Untraceable 'adjustments' were now a piece of cake. They even exposed a few obvious errors as cover for all the other vote rigging that mattered. These guys are pros at theft, and at not getting caught.
Electing Obama, by making Democrats think they did it, was a piece of cake. Now, with diehard Dems standing behind Obama, it was possible to launch the final capture of Social Security. But the road had to be rough to be believable, for the greatest scam of all time to be pulled off. There must be so many twists and turns that even if some saw thru it, the majority of Americans would be run up so many blind alleys by Corporate Main Stream Media that their heist would seem like the only alternative possible. It never was.

The money people who control America are moving as rapidly as possible to a fully Fascist State. Fascism is Corporate rule. Democracy is rule by the People. For fascism to succeed, democracy must be "diminished to the size of a bathtub, and then the plug pulled," quoting uberfascist Grover Norquist. Being polar opposites, the two cannot exist simultaneously in peace and harmony. While the foundation of American democracy was the overthrow of the Aristocracy of Wealth during the Revolution, another version of this same Aristocracy has been rebounding to grasp control of America for 200 years.
The Rethuglican Party has always been the party owned by the Aristocracy of Wealth. For a half century after WWII, the opposition Party, Democrats, were the Party of the People. Beginning in 1980 with Reagan, Rethugs had gained the strength in Congress to begin dismantling democracy. The target was always FDR's New Deal, the Safety Net for the People. Once the Safety Net was shredded, democracy could soon follow.
War General and the last great Republican President, Dwight Eisenhower, when compared to Obama is now considered a liberal. Eisenhower warned us of the dangers of the Military Industrial Complex, which has since morphed into the Military-Industrial-Healthcare-Media Complex. Ike had seen this threat gain strength and grow during his time as the General fighting our Allied War against Hitler. No President since has been able to put this evil genie back into its bottle.
The contemporary Aristocracy of Wealth in America are descendants, both philosophically and actually, of those who financed their tool Hitler's rise to power. But like all sociopaths, Hitler believed that he was in charge, as did the Empire of Japan. And so the Aristocracy financed America to put them down, always turning a profit no matter which side they funded.
The War ended. But the ancient dream of World Domination by the Aristocracy of Wealth never dies. The World to dominate only became larger, and a more profitable prize to capture.
When military conquest failed, democracy itself was chosen as the vehicle to accomplish the goals of the Aristocracy of Wealth. Once FDR put down the insurrection of Germany, Italy and Japan, each of these nations was rapidly rebuilt into models of capitalism. The unresolved bit which had gotten stronger during WWII was communism. It took a long, protracted Cold War of mutually threatened annihilation to allow Russia to collapse. Rethuglican criminal, Richard Nixon did what no Democrat could have done: opened the door to China, and therefore invited Communist China to overwhelm America economically instead of militarily.

Fast forward to the 21st Century. The misnamed tea party started by Libertarian Ron Paul in 2007 as a tax revolt -- which was stolen by billionaire Fascist KOCH Brothers when Obama was elected -- became a useful mindless rabble, marching for free. But lately it's become an unmanageable noise, once Teabaggers are beginning to meddle with social issues, and to imagine that they have brains to think with. Because they voted against the Debt Ceiling Deal because it did not slash and burn enough, their fascist owners are beginning to subtly dismantle the tea party by stirring descent among its ranks.
The leaderless, nebulous tea party is being falsely blamed by Big Media as the scapegoat for Obama's losing the Debt Deal, because pointing at them is blaming no one who can be held accountable. Progressive and Liberal bloggers say House Rethuglicans committed extortion, because that's what politics-as-usual would claim. No one will say the truth: that Obama had many other options, but he chose duplicity. Why?
There was never a 'Crisis'. Never once did the Bond Market quiver, because Wall $treet was getting what it bought. Stock & bond rating agencies were using this to attack federal regulations that identified them as prime culprits in the Global Meltdown. Wall $treet, knowing absolutely that no default could possibly happen, was rolling on the floor with laughter every time Main Street Media pushed panic higher. Wall $treet profits best when people are hurting.
For Obama to firmly plant the fiction in American Middle Class minds that Government Pay checks, Soldier's checks and Social Security Checks "may" not go out, was perhaps the Greatest Lie Ever Told. Other than jacking up the Fear Level, its subtler intent was to associate Social Security with catastrophe in the same spoken sentence, reinforcing that something must be done immediately. It was bulllshit from the first word of it, dreamed up in a right-wing think tank, and was passed on to Rethuglican Obama as a trump card to play. In fact, that statement may have been the only reason he made a TV speech to the American people. Certainly, nothing else in it was of any worth. What better way to further corrupt FDR than to also corrupt his "fire side chats" by using his TV descendant to tell the World's biggest lie?
If this were true, and dire collapse of the US and World Economies were imminent, would not have Wall $treet shot thru the roof once the 'Crisis' had been avoided? Nothing happened. Congress quit and went on vacation. Instead of shooting thru the roof in relief that the Global Economy would not be collapsing again, on the day after Obama signed the Debt RAW DEAL, Wall St Indexes posted minor 1/2 and 1% gains.
These minor gains temporarily broke a 9-day decline which has not happened on Wall Street since 1978! And gold is shooting up, as people look for safe places to put money anywhere outside the US. Gold is expected to hit $1700/oz on the back of worries about the health of the global economy. Did Obama's RAW DEAL drive us closer to MELTDOWN 2?
The more frightening truth is about jobs: The REAL unemployment rate is 25%: only 139 million people out of 311 million have jobs. Not only did the Debt Ceiling RAW DEAL not provide any new jobs, but because it CUTS Government spending, no new jobs can be created when needed most. This RAW DEAL will cause the loss of between 1 & 5 million more jobs, depending on what gets cut.
And the tea party is super happy about that? Now you understand how screwed on backward they really are.

All sides knew, especially Obama, that any move made to privatize Social Security would still meet with enormous resistance if it was done in an open Congress. So Obama began having separate closed meetings with Rethug leadership in the House and Senate to work out the details of this scam, not only so it could not be stopped, but so that it would not be detected until it was too late. He intentionally circumvented both the Progressive and the Black Caucuses in the House, because these represented those Americans who were getting screwed most.

After Months of Partisan Wrangling, Wall Street & Pentagon Emerge Victorious on Debt Deal
There you will learn, among many other critical things, that cutting the Social Safety Net was tucked away inside a 12-member Super-Congress. The Bill emerging from this new 3rd House of Congress could be Amended by none of the other 553 Senators or Reps elected to Congress. These 12 cannot plant, nurture, expand or grow anything. They can only kill.
MICHAEL HUDSON: "The (Super) Commission is going to be composed of three people, suggested by the House leader, Republican and Democratic leaders each, and the Senate Republican and Democratic leaders. Six Republican appointees to the Commission are already pledged no taxes, and especially no closing of loopholes to capture taxes. We don’t know who the Democratic appointees are going to be. But in the last commission that Mr. Obama appointed, the Deficit Reduction Commission, they were all Democrats who were in favor of cutting Social Security. They were Wall Street Democrats. So the worry is that the Democrats are going to push their own tax cutters and that really there’s not going to be very much difference between the Democrats and the Republicans in what they propose for Social Security and Medicare."
So Obama has stacked the deck, all hatchet work will be done in secret, and when it emerges into the light, no one will be able to Amend it. Only the most radical progressives and liberals will have the courage to vote against it, and this well cooked turkey arrives to the absolute delight of Obama's Wall $treet puppet masters, who are already drooling over visions of getting their greedy hands on Social Security.
This is Class Warfare initiated by Richest Americans against the rest of US.
American democracy is bypassed; Corporate Fascism is assuredly on the rise; the richest get richer; and the Middle Class collapses further because absolutely no jobs have been created by this multiTrillion Dollar scam. In fact, the Debt RAW DEAL was fully intended to make it impossible for Obama or the Democratic Party to create any jobs, and Rethugs never have, so America is truly screwed, glued and tattooed by this fraudulent RAW DEAL. And it all happened loudly right out in public in a bipartisan way, so we all are guilty, meaning no one can complain.
No true Democrat would do this. Allowing any Secret Bipartisan Group to Attack the Social Safety Net is like sticking a pin into a condom, then pretending it will not rip. Once the prick is made, it cannot be retracted.
By caving to Rethuglicans instead of using other options available to him, Obama permanently crippled Democrats in Congress. His cowardice makes him unfit to be a Democrat, and even less fit to be President.
But the worst is not what was in the RAW DEAL, but what it signified. My President -- who swore an oath to protect me from harm -- allowed me to be taken hostage. Rethug House Speaker Boehner said he won 98% of what he wanted.
My President made sure I won nothing. In fact, Obama aided and abetted the hostage takers. Even before the vile deed was signed into Law, Rethug Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell announced that hostage taking was exactly how they won.
McConnell vows to violate Constitution oftenNormally stoic faced, a photographer snapped a classic shot of glee written all over his face, as he flashed an uncharacteristic "thumbs up". He said because violating the Constitution worked so well, he fully intends to use the Debt Ceiling again to hold America hostage. Again and again.
Obama gave an unelected tea party the power to cause Gridlock in Congress all the way to the 2012 Elections. Once the Coward of the County caved to my enemies, he became useless as my President. You can believe he did it out of ignorance, or that he was forced to. I choose to believe the simpler reason: He did it because that was what he always intended to do.

[KOCH] Billionaires who own the tea party movement
I'm almost as old as the KOCH Bros, although living at the opposite end of the financial spectrum, surviving on Social Security and Food Stamps. But I remember their father well. When I was in college learning the difference between liberal and conservative, and the ethical difference between right and wrong, their father was pouring his money into an obscure right-wing organization.
I knew the John Birch Society was so fascist and greed-driven that surely it would wither and die, ignored by all the great Americans who had won WWII at home and abroad, fighting to save the World and Our Democracy from domination by Hitler's Naziism. What I did not realize at that time was that there were Sociopathic fascists right here in America who more quietly shared his same Nazi compulsion for World Domination. One of their leaders was Fred Koch.
While Fred's sons were reared in wealth stolen from others, I worked my way thru college like millions of Americans did during the 60s, with a working wife, help from parents and student loans, even dropping out a year to work. When I remember struggling to pay tuition of less than $200 per semester at a state college, it boggles my mind how much I paid to send my youngest son to a sister state university 4 decades later, and cannot understand how any University administrator can sleep at night charging what they do today. Universities have evolved as a fascist tool to keep the intellectual population in debt, so they will owe their souls to Corporate Fascism, and not rebel before being fully inducted into the Corporate Clan.
In a college psych course, I learned this truth: if you take a frog and throw it into a pot of hot water, it will instantly jump out as an automatic defense reaction. However, if you put the same frog in a pot of cool water, then raise the temperature slowly enough, it will sit there contentedly until it cooks.
Americans today are the frogs of Corporate Fascism. Throwing us in hot water was WWII. We fought Naziism as a Holy War, knowing fascism was evil and an invention of Satan. For each generation thereafter, American Corporate Fascists have turned up the heat slowly, war after war, all the while stealing more of the American Dream from a healthy and happy Middle Class, born out of prosperity from winning WWII, preserving democracy and crushing fascism. Democracy doesn't work without a strong Middle Class, as all Corporate Fascists know.
By 1980, Corporate Fascism had grown strong enough to begin dismantling the safeguards that had been built by FDR a half century before, to protect us from America's Fascist Corporations, masquerading under the misnomer of "conservatives". Conservatives conserve nothing but the wealth of the wealthiest.
They put an actor puppet with Alzheimer's in the White House, and began seriously buying Congress with accelerated Corporate profits caused by Democratic Presidents having paid off the War debt, all the while increasing wealth of American Fascists like the Koch Bros. Today Charles and David are among the richest Nazis in the World, and they are winning their War against Democracy without firing a shot, tho not without murdering more Americans than Osama bin Laden did.
Like Hitler, everyone they have murdered was done legally. Whenever their crimes are about to be exposed -- as when during the Healthcare debate it was revealed that Insurance Corporations murder 46,000 Americans per year -- they use Projection to divert attention, claiming the mean old Government was setting up Death Panels, when they knew absolutely that Death Panels had been used by the Insurance Companies to increase profits since they were founded. Never mind the insanity of such a statement: the Government had NO reason for Death Panels, while Insurance Companies had EVERY reason to torture and murder Americans to increase profits by denying coverage and refusing to pay claims.
The evil Koch Twins of American Nazism employ dozens of highly paid staff in Washington, backed by their unearned billions, to influence hundreds of pieces of Legislation in Congress, each and every one intended to make rich Nazis richer, and to cover up reality of the slaughter and torture of Americans along the pathway to their increased wealth.
The frog is cooking in the water, unaware that heat has been steadily turned up this past century, to destroy democracy itself, replacing it with total dependence on a Global One-World-Order Military-Industrial-Media-Healthcare Corporate Fascism that would make Hitler drool with envy. They thought they had it made when they elected an ex-alcoholic AWOL born-again oil-rich Texas boob as President. Unlike Ronnie Rayguns, most of the time he could remember his lines, and did what he was told to do. Then, to cement his feet in history, they allowed over 3000 Americans to be mass murdered, while his brain-behind-the-throne-Vice-President, Satan's Deputy Henchman, launched their fascist wet dream of endless Oil Wars.
But as the 21st Century opened, they turned the heat up too fast, causing Global Economic Collapse, and were afraid the frog might jump. So they chose an ancient "conservative" and an unknown whacko chickie to make certain that the Party they had totally bought, the Rethugs, would loose. Thats how a symbol of deep racial hatred was elected, so that all attention would be focused away from the Nazis, and toward the N*gger, knowing they could tie enough financial strings to him and make him dance to their fiddle playing.
And so it came to pass that the evil Nazi twins used their billions to birth a fraud wrapped in the false patriotism of a yellow flag with a snake on it, the tea party movement. When I grew up yellow was the color of cowardice, and a snake lured Adam and Eve from God's Garden. It's still the same.
Like their father before them, the Koch Brothers financed the fraud Americans for Prosperity to build the tea party nationally, and FreedomWorks (but only for the rich).
Brainwashing those simpletons already addicted to the FOXpox was a piece of cake. Getting them to scream their hatred at Town Hall staged media events was as easy as poking a snake with a stick.
All the while, professional con artists who are paid six figure salaries to incite the tea party were snickering at how easy it was to get these dolts to work for billionaire Nazis for free.
Having them march as their Storm Troopers draped with colorful fragments of American flags made them seem legitimate on TV, by co-opting an anti-war tactics of the late 60s, when fascists back then were claiming that desecrating the flag by wearing it was treasonous. A different generation failed to notice that black had been turned into white, a tactic perfected by Hitler's Minister of Propaganda, Joseph Goebbels.
But the frog was cooking again.
Lately, these chefs impatient to destroy the Middle Class and democracy in their lifetimes have been turning up the heat too fast. The frog is catching on that it is being cooked. Sacrilege and blasphemy against Corporate Fascism are showing up inside the temples.

In a recent Wall Street Journal-NBC poll, the most popular proposal to reduce the Deficit -- out of 23 options surveyed -- was a surtax on millionaires and billionaires.
As Carl Gibson, the founder of US Uncut, explained, if you have "one dollar" in your wallet, you're carrying more than the "combined income tax liability of GE, Exxon-Mobil, Citibank, and Bank of America."
3) Refusal to stop the multi-trillion dollar leakage of taxable Corporate Profits to off-shore tax havens. According to the Government Accountability Office, Citigroup has 427 subsidiaries in identified tax havens, while Bank of America has 115, Morgan Stanley has 273, and Goldman Sachs has 29. The GAO actually found that 18,857 U.S. Corporations maintained a post office box in one five-story building in the Cayman Islands.
Over the last three years, for instance, Google paid a 2.4 percent effective tax rate by sheltering its income in Ireland and countries in the Caribbean. Reagan got elected by telling the country the debt was "out of control." Compared to national income, it was the lowest in 50 years. Suffering from Alzheimer's and with only an Actor's understanding of economics, he probably didn't know. But his supply-side economists did. They lied to America.
In 1981 Reagan's supply sider economists wrote the tax cuts for the rich and his budgets. The Senate was Republican, and Reagan got the Southern Dems in the House to vote for him. All Republicans and a few Dems voted for the budget. Tax cuts for the rich were largely responsible for the National Debt having its worst year since 1945. The next year it got worse, and for 20 out of 20 years, the supply siders have raised the National Debt relative to our ability to pay.
Absolutely NOTHING that Rethglicans in Congress are considering cutting out of the Budget will have any meaningful affect on reducing the National Debt. What they plan shall destroy jobs, and will likely accelerate the Debt. This is a huge lie being forced upon us by the wealthiest class (One Percent) of America's Fascists.

Cut subsidies to Big Oil Republicans. Exxon had a profit of $19 billion in 2009, more than any other company. Exxon not only paid no tax on $19 billion in income, they got a check from the federal government for $156 million. Cut the ethanol and biodiesel blending subsidy the Koch Brothers receive: $1 billion per year in Subsidy so they can finance the tea party. End Corporate Welfare first.

After all diversionary arguments have been made, the future of America comes down to one question: who do our elected representatives listen to? Our first revolutionary Founding Fathers placed their faith and trust in We the People. Two hundred years later, it was not the People -- but greed driven legal fictions called Corporations -- who have bought and now run the People's government. Success, or failure, of our noble experiment will depend upon whether Multinational Corporations with allegiance only to higher profits shall crush our liberal democracy. From a White House Press Release: "Americans have been Rolling on the Floor with Laughter (ROTFWL for you texters) more recently than ever before, and we here in the Nation's Capital have been having one heckofa time trying to figure out where to place Mr Beck in American history.
"The Smithsonian declined to accept him, even when we offered an obscene amount of money to build them a special wing to house a Wax Museum dedicated to all the misfits at FOX. This new construction was to be a cornerstone of our Putting-People-Back-To-Work Campaign (PPBTW). The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) wouldn't return our phone calls. Even the Washington DC Sanitation Board (DCSB) refused, saying their Sanitation Workers Union threatened to go on strike.
"However, after considerable discussion in closed-door Sessions of my Cabinet, the perfect place has been selected. Mr Beck – by being declared a National Monument – will come under rock solid supervision of the National Park Service."
Said a spokesperson for the Department of Interior: 'Our excellent staff of Park Rangers over here at NPS have developed years of expertise in handling all sorts of ornery critters in the wild, from wolves and porcupines to skunks. These two-legged varmints from FOX will be a piece of cake for them!' At the same time, rumors were squelched that 3 Park Superintendents had threatened to resign if the site for the Beck Monument was located inside the boundaries of their National Park. In North Carolina, we bear the stigma of having allowed corruption of campaign financing to take a giant leap forward by electing Jesse Helms to the US Senate, for 30 years.
Jesse's national contribution extractor, The Congressional Club, reached across state lines like never before to help elect CONservatives all across America. If you can't raise enough money in your state, go next door. Or go continental. During its existence, 1966 to 1973, the Club raised $100 million to elect CONservatives, during a time when $100 million was real money.
Candidates of both Parties have now adopted this strategy, nationwide. This distortion of democracy has grown to such gargantuan proportions, that big money powerhouses outweigh the influence of those of us who can vote.
But if public officials are supposed to represent the constituency who elect them, why are they forced to serve the desires of those who cannot vote for them? For any representative democracy to work, deciding the laws we live by must be done by those elected, not by those who paid to have them elected.
Maybe NC should take the lead in meaningful change, given that it allowed the seeds to be planted that gave this corruption of democracy the opportunity to grow out of control.

Campaign Finance Reform is a fraud, because immediately it conjures up a set of rules which rivals IRS in complexity. Rules look like they work, but they're designed to create loopholes for clever lawyers and politicos to figure a way to slip through. But they look good for a politically naive American public. Plug one leak, and simultaneously drill two more holes. The money pot only grows bigger.
It's happened every time any attempt has been made. Works about one election cycle, then it's chopped and mangled, requiring another Campaign Finance Reform.
So why doesn't it ever reform anything? Because all those who make money off of gathering money don't want it to. Campaign Finance Reform is always designed to fail.

What can be done?
Restore democracy in America. Jesse discovered how to corrupt our democracy with money. Time to return to basics.
One person, one vote. To protect America from foes, both foreign and domestic.
Why should an unregistered voter in Texas, Wyoming or New York be allowed to purchase votes in Carolina? And with Corporations daily becoming Multi-nationals, who is really electing people to public office in America?
In a representative democracy, every elected official has a precise geographical boundary which decides who can vote to elect any Candidate. Boundaries are clearly established, regardless of occasional gerrymandering.
Money = voting.
Therefore, the only people allowed to vote with their money -- to make campaign contributions -- must be registered to vote within any given political boundary.
It's idiotically simple. And does not require a five pound rule book, dripping with loopholes, to describe it.
If you are not registered to vote, you cannot give any money to any Candidate.
Doesn't matter for which Party you register, or as an Independent, or to which Candidates you give money. That's your free choice, just so long as you're registered to vote in your Candidate's election.

Corporations cannot vote. PACs cannot vote. Unions cannot vote. Political Parties cannot vote.
Defilers of our democracy live on Wall Street; on Oil Avenue; in Banker's Alley; on K Street and Greed Boulevard, where they plot with each other to overthrow American democracy.

They are Unregistered Aliens. Therefore, NONE of these Alien influence buyers may contribute money to any Candidate, in any election anywhere in America.

Obviously, the fat cats will scream: Political fundraisers. Lawyers. Lobbyists. TV networks. Power brokers.
Why? Because automatically, with one simple law, the unbelievably obscene flow of money they provide to buy Candidates, suddenly dries to a trickle.
For politicians, reduced cost means less time and money wasted raising campaign funds, and more time spent on the people's business of lawmaking. They might even find time to read laws before they vote to pass them! What a unique idea.
And you know what? More ordinary Americans -- those NOT blessed with personal wealth or rich friends -- will be able to run for public office.
Democracy restored. All with one simple law.

Listening to the death rattle of our democracy?
Nowhere has more evidence been offered – proving the need for massive Campaign Finance Restructuring – than in the Nov 2nd General Elections of 2010. I offer up my native state of North Carolina as a prime example of how campaign money from wealthy out-of-State political manipulators severely corrupts elections.

This story begins with a disclosure in the Washington Post of 12 January 2011, that Billionaire Koch Brothers of Oklahoma overthrew the Wake County NC School Board in Autumn of 2009, during Municipal Elections there. Their purpose was to use this election surrounding NC's Capital City of Raleigh as a prototype Test Case to begin re-Segregating Public Schools in America, as their Billionaire Dad – who formed and funded the John Birch Society – had also dreamed of accomplishing.

I was following these elections because of investigating long-standing latent corruption within the NC and Wake County Democratic Parties by attempts of Progressive Democrats of NC, Inc. – a private membership Corporation never any part of the Party – to invade and gain control of the Party for 6 years. It was this deep and abiding structural weakness in Party leadership caused by PDNC's invasion which made vulnerable NC the perfect Experimental Candidate for the Koch Brothers to invade and take over the Wake County School Board.
But that was only the beginning. Once a firm foothold was established in 2009 Municipal Elections, they moved very quickly to 2010 General Elections. Their plan was to finance the tea party through Americans for Progress at even higher levels, again using their NC AfP Board Member Art Pope, to capture the State Legislature. The tea party Senate Minority Leader Phil Berger Sr was leading the plot on the ground, while funding poured in from Koch's Americans for Progress to a dispersed sudden buildup of tea party Chapters all across the State.
None of this could have happened without access to an endless supply of out-of-State campaign money from the Billionaire Koch Brothers. Almost no one in NC – except the perps – knew this was going on. The news media was totally asleep at the wheel, caught up in distractions from cantankerous School Board meetings, with the pro-DemoParty Raleigh News & Observer completely missing the bigger picture.
However, preliminary accounts tracing their footsteps were being published (see [Judges-on-Trial] 022: Felonious Legislators by clicking and scrolling down on JoT__21-25). Also detailed accounts of Democratic Party failures at the Wake School Board Election were being published in [NCDP-on-Trial] Editions, since 2009. General Counsel for the NC Board of Elections refused direct requests to do something about corruption of the electoral process.
But my nibbling around the edges bothered tea party Engineer Phil Berger Sr and his handlers. I might stumble upon something, or maybe already knew too much, and I threatened repeatedly in writing that if NC did nothing to resolve corruption in the electoral process, I'd go to the Feds before Elections. Tho I had not yet published the Koch Bros money connection, my bumbling around and hunting for the money trail might upset their plans to elect a Rethuglican majority in the NC Senate for the first time in 112 years. I reported finding the clearinghouse for tea parties in NC to the State BoE. Nothing. This was the Website being funded by the Koch Brothers to interconnect about 4 dozen local tea parties across the State.
Arranging destruction of my Earthlink accounts a month before Elections on 8 October had not stopped me from publishing. As I was assembling my latest investigative results, at 5:30 pm on October 27 – a dozen days before the Election – a loud knock came on my door. Five local police officers had been organized from across state lines by DA Phil Berger Jr to arrest me. Their plan was clear: Berger Sr & Jr, 2 Judges and the Clerk of Court in Rockingham Co NC were known felons up for re-election, without opposition. Hence, they could not be held accountable for their actions by voters on Nov 2nd.
Therefore tea party Ringleader Phil Berger Sr declared that I must be silenced, and told his son to do it. Phil Sr and his band of felons had taken a lot of invested Corporate and Koch money from Art Pope and Americans for Prosperity, and promised results no matter what. Thus an interstate conspiracy for my false arrest without bond was arranged, so that I would be put away and could not disclose anything more about their corruption, which might upend their horrendously expensive plan to overthrow the NC General Assembly.
While I was safely tucked away in jail, both the NC Senate and NC House became Rethuglican, and all felons were re-elected to Office. When I refused in court to be extradited to NC after 29 days in 2 jails and a week in solitary confinement, that very same day the charges were mysteriously dropped, and I was set free. Knowing that I lived in poverty and could not afford a lawyer, these guilty parties believed they were home free, with all their ill-gotten Golden Rings securely in hand.
The results of their chicanery was that for the first time in a century, both Houses of the NC General Assembly became captured by Koch&Pope, using AfP and Koch multi-millions pumped into NC from outside. You can see a summary of their ill gotten gains here

Absolutely none of this Political Master Plan could have succeeded if it were not for huge amounts of out-of-State campaign money flowing endlessly into North Carolina from Billionaire Koch Brothers and others. Registered Democrats and Unaffiliated voters in NC outnumber Rethuglicans by 2 to 1. The only way the Wake Co School Board and both Houses of the Legislature could have gone Rethuglican was for a massively expensive political campaign to be financed, which could never have happened using only money from inside NC.
Until Campaign Donations for Elections are restricted to ONLY those who can vote in each Election, this buying of School Boards and State Houses in North Carolina is just the beginning of the collapse of democracy in America. This plan has been endorsed by the US Supreme Court, and now has been road tested in 2 real-world Elections. It works.
Rich people can now buy anything they want that appears on any ballot anywhere in America.

Currently elected Judges and other Officials in North Carolina have earned the right to claim that they sit in defense of the most corrupted Justice and Judicial system ever. One of their District Judges compounded the crime of another on July 5, 2006, by committing an ongoing felony which has found no end, escalating as the guilty continue to conspire, cover and deny.
Details of the original crime began being retold nationally on 11 June 2010, published as [Judges-on-Trial] 016
, and continued Editions thru a ruling by the attorney for the NC Board of Elections, formally stating that known Felons and their Accessory Criminals would remain on Nov 2nd ballots, unopposed, such that voters could not remove them from the Judicial Bench with their votes, as reported in [Judges-on-Trial] o31
on Sept 3oth. Hence, all such criminals were re-elected, by default.
To silence this truth telling, on October 8, a major Earthlink connection was severed. Then on Oct 21st, agents of North Carolina representing the original Felonious Judge filed false arrest charges to extradite wordsmith Gene Messick, causing him to be jailed without bond for 29 days. For the first time in his life, Gene was restricted from voting in an election.

For a quarter century before becoming a constant wordsmith, Gene produced and taught stained and fused glass, across NC and into VA and GA. When a Rockingham County (NC) Judge stole everything he owned in Eden the day after Independence Day in 2006, Gene was forced to permanently close his Lightworks Studio business in NC. Note: This is a continuation of my Complaint, Part I, filed with each of you one month ago.
In Part I I stated that:
Part II will deal with crimes committed from the time of my arrest on 21 October 2010 forward.
This submission is based upon information gathered from the following actions taken by me:
1) Copies of all paper records found in my file with the Clerk of District Court for ------- County, where I live, where I was arrested, where I was first jailed and transferred from, where I had appearances in court, and where I was released 29 days later, without explanation for any of this.
2) Immediately following obtaining these records, I walked downstairs in the courthouse and requested a meeting with the Commonwealth Attorney who prosecuted me, which did occur, and a record of this meeting is found in my first letter to him. See Exhibit F.
3) My 2nd letter (Exhibit G) to the Commonwealth Attorney, only the first of which he responded to, and claimed he could not provide me copies of requested documents of my case barely a month previous with this statement: "I believe that any actual contents of your case file were destroyed prior to your inquiry." See Exhibit H.
4) My Letter to the leader of the 5 man arresting team of the CPD. See Exhibit I.
5) Response from CPD Pubic Information Officer providing some information I requested, denying the rest under claim of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). See Cover Letter, Exhibit J.
5a) Page 6 of 13 pages sent in response to my FOIA request, identifying District Attorney Philip Burger Jr of Rockingham County NC as the initiator of actions which caused my false arrest to occur at my home on October 21, 2010. See Exhibit K.
6) Copies of my 3 emails of Newsletter [Judges-on-Trial] 033 sent on Christmas Day, 25 December 2010, to some 235 Lawyers and Judges who are Lawyers, practicing in various places but mostly in North Carolina, requesting assistance of a Lawyer.
