As you and thousands of others are aware, unconvicted felonious criminals continue to sit on the Judicial Bench in Rockingham County NC.
Two of these several Judges which you know to be guilty of Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder are registered to run for re-election in November. Since they are running unopposed, there is no way for the good people of Rockingham County, by their vote, to remove these criminals from the Bench.
Therefore, this Appeal to you is hereby presented, such that these felonious criminals, and all of their co-conspirators, accomplices, and accessories after the fact, may be brought to swift Justice.
The day after Independence Day 2010 shall mark the 4th Anniversary of commission of this crime. You, and many who are copied on this Email have been apprised on a continuing basis, both by Email and by snail mail, of the lack of prosecution of this case by the Rockingham County District Attorney, who is also up for re-election, unopposed.
Living in a state of poverty brought on by this crime, I have not, and cannot afford advice of a lawyer. As you know, one of these Judges refused me access to counsel in his courtroom, shortly before he stole everything I owned in North Carolina, and threatened me with jail if I attempted to retrieve any of my personal or business property.
I was charged with no crime.
I was convicted of no crime.
I was forced from my home without warning of any kind by armed deputies at 10:30 at night, without stating any reason for my eviction. I was not arrested.
They told me I was being forced by an anonymous Judge out of my home and ordered to stand trial. They took my keys.
I was threatened with arrest if I returned to conduct my business, but that if I saw the Clerk of Court, he could allow access to my business property.
The next day the Clerk of Court, whom I had helped elect, told me they had lied. He could not read the scrawl of the Judge either. But he did say that I'd be provided a lawyer if I could not afford one. He lied.
I was forced by another anonymous Judge to stand private trial in a closed courtroom, without being told what consequences might come from it.
I was forced to attempt to defend myself of I know not what, without benefit of legal counsel.
I was not allowed to cross-examine the only witness presented by the Judge against me.
This Judge served as both defender of his witness, and as my prosecutor.
In the name of, and by authority of, the State of North Carolina, everything I owned in my home and my business was stolen from me.
It is my belief that an anonymous lawyer advising the Judge's sole witness against me, an Officer of the Court who was in the courtroom but did not identify herself, held exparte discussions on one or more occasions with this Judge, and stood against the rear courtroom wall behind my back, giving silent hand and facial signals to her Judge, whom she frequently appeared before with other cases.
As the 4th Anniversary of this crime approaches, not one single item confiscated by the State has ever been returned.
I was threatened with jail if I attempted to recover anything stolen, including such things as all my business records -- which prohibited me from filing Federal and State Income Tax Returns for 2006 -- and my Federal Passport.

All of the above facts are true, and none of them are in dispute.
Every licensed Attorney living in Rockingham County, which includes all current and retired Judges, has been made fully aware of these conditions by several individually addressed land mailed Reports.
These licensed Officers of the Court are forced to appear with their client's cases for remedy before Judges who they know to have been involved in a felony crime.
And now, 2 of these felonious Judges and 2 other known criminals have filed to be re-elected in November, without opposition:

Gov Bev, you have been previously informed, along with all elected members of the NC General Assembly, that some kind of Law exists which allows felonious Judges to conspire with persons who come to them with unproven claims, and to steal vast quantities of material goods in the name of the State, with the intent that by driving unconvicted persons into instant poverty, their deaths shall occur.
Unless something is to be passed during the current Short Session of the Legislature, no one has yet caused any changes to this unknown Law.

I would like to ask you, Governor and Chief Justice, why my native State of North Carolina wanted to steal these things from me:
All recovered and saved mementos once belonging to my deceased Dad and Mother;
Every one of tens of thousands of photographs, negatives and slides that I ever made, including those while establishing the Photography Degree at Cornell University;
All records of employment, resumes, and a multi-panel exhibit depicting 40 years of my accomplishments in service to people of North Carolina;
All records of the 11 years I spent on the campus of NC State University, as both student and faculty, where I co-founded the Graphic Design Department and invented the Intermedia Theater Program, among many other services to the University.
Vintage wines and all records of the first Winemaking Class ever taught in the NC Community College System, in the Summer of 1980, under the existing title "Home Beverages", including the original letter from Gov Jim Hunt thanking me for the bottle of "Chateau McDowell Tech" sent to him. Handpicked fruits from July blackberries to the last wild muscadines of November were converted, weekend by weekend into 800 gallons of handmade wines taught at my place, because at that time it was illegal to have alcohol on a Community College campus.
All records, supplies, glass stock, equipment, glass objects, kilns and materials which comprised my Lightworks Studio, a stained and fused glass business which produced and sold my originally designed glass objects at exhibitions from VA to FL for 30 years;
During this time I taught stained and fused glass all across NC for Community Colleges, Arts Councils and NC Cooperative Extension Service, in hundreds of workshops during the span of a quarter century;
Copious notes, drawings, sketches, photographs, my extensive collection of professional books, videos and recordings which were collected and created in order to produce a major published book on the art and technology of Kiln Fired Glass Fusing.
Please tell me, Governor and Chief Justice, what useful purpose did it serve the State to remove these things from service to citizens of North Carolina, and to send me into exile, in order to protect myself from continuous threats of arrest by your criminal Judges?
Although I pleaded with everyone I could think of to preserve these tens of thousands of objects as evidence of a crime, by securing the crime scene, I am led to believe that instead of securing evidence, all has been allowed to be pilfered, taken, given away and trashed, with no intention of ever returning any of it.

Remedy sought by this Appeal

There is no statute of limitation for an ongoing crime.

Therefore, 1 of these 2 actions must occur:
1) In the name of Equal Justice, that every guilty party in Rockingham County -- which includes every Judge, both sitting and retired; the current District Attorney; his father, the Minority Leader of the NC Senate; and every Lawyer who assisted commission of this crime, or has willfully attempted to cover it up -- be immediately removed from the Bench and/or The State Bar, to be incarcerated without benefit of bail, placed on Trial for their crimes without benefit of counsel, and when convicted, for future protection of NC citizens, sent to prison for the remainder of their natural lives, without possibility of parole.
Everything which these Officers of the Court may own shall be confiscated by the State, and used to establish a Foundation with the sole purpose of assisting North Carolina citizens in successfully filing complaints and charges against NC Judges.
2) In the absence of carrying out incarceration of the above criminals by no later than 5 July 2010, that both Governor Perdue and Chief Justice Parker immediately resign from every elective or appointive Office of public trust which they may hold, and that they surrender themselves for incarceration without bail to the nearest Federal Marshall.

[Judges-on-Trial] 017: Backstory: Felonious Judges (Originally published June 14, 2010)
For every Story written, there's a Backstory about what caused events told in the original Story. For [Judges-on-Trial] 016: Felonious NC Judges run unopposed events of the Story happened, and the challenge was how to write it, including how to call for Justice sought and deserved. The felony occurred in a courtroom, involving a judge and a lawyer, both anonymous.
Failure of the legal community in Rockingham County to correct this injustice allowed it to spread out to contaminate each Officer of the Court. When seeking remedy beyond the boundaries of RockCo, their corruption contaminated everyone it touched, like a spreading cancer into all levels of the NC Justice System. Elements of the Story were fully understood as written.
But writing the Backstory was a puzzle. Why did this happen? It took years to figure out, and still presents some unanswered questions. Eight days before a Judicial Felony was committed on the day after Independence Day, an eviction took place, which turned upside down the lives of so many. It came out of nowhere, or so it seemed. This Backstory searches for its cause.
Most absurdly, an unknown Law which was invoked by a Judge says this: A person can make claims against you by filling out some forms, urged on by biased court officials. Hence you are considered by Judges, based on testimony of one person alone, made in your absence and without your knowledge, to be guilty until you prove yourself innocent in court. You may not know what you are judged guilty of, and therefore cannot know what you must prove. You will not be told that you are at risk of losing everything you own, including your only livelihood, a tiny sustaining business you built up for a quarter century.
During these 8 days, you cannot have access to any of your business property. Should you attempt to do so, you will be jailed. You are promised a Lawyer if you cannot afford one, by a Clerk of Court you helped elect, who lies. You cannot speak a word to the only witness against you, or you will be jailed. You cannot speak to any of her family, or you will be jailed. On the other hand, you are not told that if the witness initiates any contact with you, in any manner -- even a single word -- the case is automatically ended. Untold to you, the power to end this nightmare was always in the hands of the Sociopath who initiated it.
All of this was apparently written into the unknown Law by the NC Legislature. I grew up with my Dad telling me "Ignorance of the Law is no excuse." But when your entire safety net and support system is instantly jerked away, and you are reduced without warning to poverty, how can you know what a Law says, or what you can do to defend yourself against such a Law?

The only witness presented by an unknown Judge against me was my wife of a 5-year wonderful marriage. There were no charges to answer, no reason stated for why we were there, no statement of consequences possible. I thought I was there to regain my wife and our life together. As I babbled on to the Judge trying to defend myself from I knew not what, at one point I expressed my love for my wife. This anonymous Judge interrupted by saying that if I said that again in his courtroom, he would send me to jail.
At the end of my "trial", I sat in a totally empty courtroom, trying to make any sense of what had just happened. I was told to wait until some papers were written up, which seemed like an eternity. Not until a deputy read to me from them, saying I could make one and only one deputy escorted trip back into my home and business, did I begin to grasp the consequences. I could take only a few personal items: toothbrush, shaving gear, some clothing, but nothing more.
If I made any other attempt thereafter to gain access to any of the tens of thousands of fragments of my life, I would be instantly sent to jail. I found a deputy outside the jail and went that day for my only trip into my former home, forever.
On the 20 minute ride from the court house in Wentworth to her house in Eden with the Deputy following, I had my first chance to view this in full daylight. My wife's lawyer taught her to do this to get rid of me. If I violated the Judge's order, I'd go to jail, proving I was what she claimed. If not, then by reducing me to poverty, I should die soon, and she would be free to pursue her life with her new boss/lover.

Only recently did I discover that the Judge who stole everything I owned was a District Court Judge, and even more recently that cases to be heard in District Courts must be under $10,000 in value. The Grand Larceny which this Judge -- and his co-conspirator Judge, both now up for re-election in November unopposed -- was asked by my wife and her lawyer to commit was over $10,000 in value. Under the Law of the State, this case could not be legally heard by any District Court Judge.

Trauma from my day in court is what I've attempted to recover from, in the intervening nearly 4 years. That, and trying to ponder what in a Just Universe had allowed this to happen. Unable to afford any other therapy, I wrote about it. First, as a set of what I called "poems" written out of grief, setting down all I could remember of our life together before it could vanish from my memory, as certain as every memory-jogging object had vanished. I was desperate to recall the most wonderful years of my life, and in doing so, searching for an answer to: Why?
When the fog of pain and affection slowly arose, I began to see things I had not noticed or thought important before. As I realized that my life was coming to an end because in my poverty I cannot afford healthcare of any kind, I fought for Universal Healthcare by writing dozens of Articles nationally. The Forces of Corporate Darkness won. I continue to fight about internal corruption inside the NC Democratic Party, even in exile from my native state, a malignancy of profound dishonesty that I have partially driven to its extinction. Sunshine into dark places is a powerful curative.
At my age, I could have let the forces of evil win, by simply retiring from the field of battle, an easy choice recommended by most. "Life's unfair. You can't do anything about it. Just move on." Life is not unfair: Life is beautiful. People are unfair. And the only way to make Life better for yourself and others is to expose the evil that causes some to be unfair.
That's the quest. Here in this Backstory is what I've learned thus far. Understand that previously 149 Chapters were written like this one, on a Sunday morn as they all are, for a select group of friends who know details that many who are reading this will not know.

Some readers have expressed confusion over the multiple personalities I discovered in my wife Joyce. That's nothing compared to the confusion of living with the 3 of them, and not knowing it.
Narcissist Joyce may have been only a shell constructed by Sociopath Jo-ice to hide behind 99.99% of the time. And pleasure-seeking Joy! only allowed those she favored to play with her.
But nothing is so confusing as trying to understand the behavior of the Sociopath driving Joyce's engine. ITs existence popped out totally unexpectedly in reviewing old Records found in archives at the NC Board of Elections, as revealed in Chapter 149. But first, let's try to understand what makes a Sociopath tick.
A very good place to start is where I've suggested before, with Dr Martha Stout's book: The Sociopath Next Door: 1 in 25 ordinary Americans secretly has no conscience and can do anything at all without feeling guilty. That's 4%, tho some professionals think the population of Sociopaths is much larger, as high as 20%.
In Dr Stout's book we learn that Sociopaths have no conscience. They fully understand the difference between right and wrong, but it does not matter to them. Right and wrong are simply tools of choice. Therefore, Sociopaths can never "feel" what the rest of us ordinary mortals feel: things like guilt and remorse, feelings which are essential to living an honest life.
It took me a while to learn that Joyce could never apologize, except to divert attention from something worse. Why would a practically perfect Narcissist apologize? I thought she was wonderful, and she did too. It was a warning sign, but for what? Anyway, as an eternal optimist, I knew that love could conquer all. Still believe it, but then, some still believe the Earth is flat, too.
A Sociopath is not mentally ill. They cannot be cured by pills or surgery, or by talk therapy. Joyce always refused for us to go to counseling on the few rare occasions where I almost got a glimpse of Jo-ice, not understanding what I was seeing, in an otherwise near perfect relationship, at least from my point of view.
Going to a counselor was super dangerous, because Jo-ice might be discovered, so every therapist was to be avoided at all costs. Joyce had a personal trainer, who kept her physically in great shape, but no one was going to mess around in her brain. Whenever I almost spied Jo-ice slipping around, Joy! would be brought out and thrown at me to divert my focus and attention with wonderfully intensive love making. During our prolonged pleasure, any hint of Jo-ice slipped away from view, blotted from short term memory, the same way a dream fades away. Now in retrospect I understand this trick, but when you have no reference point to peg it on, such things just pass thru your life, unobserved.
So if Sociopathy is not a disease or a sickness caused by a pathogen, where does it come from? An absence of conscience may be a congenital defect, like being born without all your toes. My suspicion is that it may also become an absence by atrophy after birth, that because of severe living conditions -- whether coerced or by choice, like by an occupation -- a conscience may die instead of grow, similar to a seed, tho planted in soil, which is drowned or starved of nutrients. If the way to get ahead in life is only possible by taking advantage of others, it would be an easy assist NOT to have a conscience. Hence, by slow daily strangulation, a conscience dies.
In this case, I think Jo-ice was born early in Joyce, as a defense for the first born of an overbearing passive-aggressive Mother, and a kind and gentle, unassertive Dad. I'm not sure when Joy! came out. But I'm certain I helped her develop to an extraordinary potential.

Congenital Sociopaths cannot be cured, because their condition is the absence of something, not the presence of something like cancer or a cold. The most successful Sociopaths in our society recognize their deficiency early on, and develop defenses to hide it from all other people who seem to "feel" things they do not understand, because their brains lack the capacity to "feel" them. So they watch others intensely, and learn how to pretend they "feel." Sociopaths are fantastic mimics. If they did not develop compensatory defenses, Sociopaths would be similar to a blind person driven mad by never knowing what "blue" or "beautiful" meant.
Evoking pity, says Dr Stout, is not only how Sociopaths divert attention from themselves when caught, but it's our primary way of identifying this alien sub-species. If we are enticed to pity someone -- as Sociopaths learn well -- that emotion blocks feelings of anger or disgust at the Sociopath, because it automatically says someone else is at fault. Crying on cue is well known in a female Sociopath's arsenal of defensive tricks.
We need to be taught how to recognize the remorseless, because they are clever. They teach us, constantly, how to react to their psychology of shamelessness, cleverly implying we are imagining things, or exaggerating, or that we are somehow responsible for the Sociopath's behavior.
Sociopaths automatically tend to gravitate to positions of power and control, especially in politics, as police, military and judges, and especially in the upper echelon of corporate heirarchies, whether for-profit or non-profit. Some of the most vicious Sociopaths I've ever known were Executive Directors of non-profit organizations. They cover their condition well with Super Smiles, unless you scratch below the surface, and then they go berserk, calling in all of their Pity Forces to divert attention from their failing. Once you learn to recognize the pattern, it's a sight to behold, especially if you're on the receiving end.
A classic example is found in the life of George Bush, who would do anything to gain pity, even claim to be born again. As President, he could order the murder of hundreds of innocent Iraqi civilians (and dozens of American soldiers) in the morning, then go into a setup Pity Session where he cried with parents of dead soldiers that same afternoon, and then out to a big-grin photo-op that evening. None of this ever phased him. While many people saw the irony and absurdity of such situations, nearly none saw its cause. That George Bush has no conscience we understand. But that he is a Sociopath, we do not admit.
I've wondered why people in the media are not able to catch on to this, other than that they are ignorant. Could be they're being so commonly manipulated by Sociopathic "newsmakers" that they cannot see the forest for the trees. But there could be another reason. To suggest someone is a Sociopath is, in the public's view, the equivalent to saying they are insane. And if elected leaders or corporate CEOs who sanction mass murder are said to be insane, then we've given them a legal loophole to escape responsibility. When reporters catch a whiff of a Sociopath at work, they are taught to automatically retreat, and refocus the story.
But Sociopaths are not insane, regardless of how the media misuse the word to describe only homicidal maniacs who ARE insane. Sociopaths at their best are as calm as a cucumber, skillfully knowing how to deflect attempts to expose them. After all, they have had a lifetime to perfect their defenses, while you and I have never even been told they exist, living right next door. Or in your own bed.

There was always something that befuddled me about Joyce's behavior around the time of the Eden Flood, and last week's reminders from the BoE archives brought it back into focus. If Dick Cartwright made a motion that Joyce resign, because her husband had a "conflict of interest" with the State Party Chair, seconded by Pat Morris, why did not Narcissist Joyce leave the meeting in utter humiliation and run home to her loving husband after they were both rejected by these people?
And why did she continue to cling to this Cluster of people she knew only slightly, giving them money, year after year?
Instead, on that fateful evening, Joyce turned the Chairmanship over to the 1st Vice Chair, calmly sat down and took the Minutes for the meeting. Or so I was told when I called Cartwright the next morning to ask what had happened, after Jo-ice had hidden that small fact from me for 11 hours when she got home, and all thru the night as we slept together. Joy! did refuse to make love that night, which was the only time that ever happened. Only now do I see the tumult that was playing inside Joyce, out of my sight, intense pain from lying to her husband, which only grew worse with each passing hour.

To understnd this more clearly, let's wind the tape back a bit.
Saturday (6/24/06): I was away teaching a stained glass workshop. Joyce rode with Dick and Pat to the NCDP State Convention in High Point. I talked with Joyce by phone at our home in the evening just like we always do when I'm away teaching. At this location, my cell does not work, so I call and give her a number to call me back. I ended as usual with "I love you." She responded only with "Ummm."
Sunday (6/25/06): I was still teaching all day, from 8am to load out of my van full by 6pm. Joyce went back to the NCDP State Executive Committee Meeting in High Point with Dick and Pat. Many months later, I learned that some kind of motion was made about me from the floor of the SEC, and was passed. After I got home, as normal, I asked about the SEC Meeting, and Joyce said only that a motion was made in support of my nemesis State Chair Jerry Meek. She was very vague, and I didn't press it.
Monday (6/26/06): Joyce went to work at The Council on Aging in Reidsville, 20 minutes from our home in Eden. I slept-in a while as usual, because of the exhaustion of being on my feet teaching for 2 days, went to deposit checks, and took the recycle stuff to the collection station across from the Credit Union. Then I piddled in my garden, picking many snow peas and other stuff that matured while I was gone, tho it was only since Friday. After teaching weekends, I considered Mondays to be my day off. There was a RocCoDemParty regular monthly meeting scheduled for that night, and I decided not to go, so as not to detract from whatever Joyce needed to do. Because she had just recently been lured back to work, I was adjusting to being a house husband, and Mr Joyce Spear. She never was Ms Gene Messick. Usually, we were just Joyce and Gene to everyone, which worked fine.
I decided to use an oversized zucchini that had hidden under huge squash leaves to make my first ever zucchini bread in our kitchen. I called Joyce at work for instructions, and she pointed out a cookbook to use. I shredded, baked, cooled and sliced it before Joyce was home from work, and wrapped both loaves in a basket for her to take to her meeting. That night she said that the DA, Belinda Foster, had made supper from the bread, having arrived late from court. By the time Belinda arrived, Joyce had been fired. But Joyce never said a word about it to me when she got home that evening. We both were tuckered and went to shower early. When I stroked her back in bed, Joy! did not respond, for the first time ever. Something was up. The previous Thursday I had made love to my wife for the last time, and didn't know it.
Tuesday (6/27/06): I awoke alone, thinking Joyce was downstairs at breakfast before going to work. Then I saw her standing, arms crossed, fully dressed at the bedroom doorway, saying she thought I was getting up. I said I was going to do my leg exercises, done flat in bed, which helped relieve leg pain after teaching weekend workshops.
She blurted out, "Dick Cartwright asked me to resign and I did!" Then she ran out of the house and jumped into her pre-parked car, and sped away, leaving me standing naked, as I always slept, inside our backdoor, after I had made it down the stairs from our 2nd floor bedroom, calling after her "Come back, Joyce. I love you!" At 10:30 that evening, I was evicted from her house, our home. Eight days later, everything I owned was stolen. Not one single item has ever been returned.

I spent at least 2 years trying to recover from the traumatic shock of that long June day nearly 4 years ago. It was only when I found Dr Stout's book that I began to understand what had happened. Page after page clicked into place, opening my eyes to see thru my nightmare for the first time.
Finding the BoE records confirmed it. Joyce continued to hang tight for years with those who had fired her: Dick and Pat and her 1st Chair Royce. Somewhere along the way, I had realized that Cartwright was not bright enough to come up with a "conflict of interest" strategy on his own, that he was following instructions given to him by the State Party.
The records disclosed that Joyce paid in goodly sums of money each year to help keep alive a political Party she had never attended til I asked her if she wanted to. She didn't even really like these people. It made no sense, as I stared this week at what I discovered. Was this guilt money? But Sociopaths cannot feel guilt.
Then, the Pity Factor clicked into place as the last piece of the puzzle. My Sociopath did what all Sociopaths do to cover: Jo-ice kept on keeping on, as if nothing had happened. She was buying pity. This victimizer plays victim to everyone IT can.

State Party Chair Jerry Meek's lap dog Delmas Parker had been working on former RockCoPartyChair Dick Cartwright for months, trying to figure out how to shut me up. Obviously, my Emails were having too much effect. Thru Cartwright, they even tried to have me make a Complaint to their Council of Review, were Lawyer Jerry was fully in control in his Kangaroo Kourt. But I refused, saying to just restore our destroyed County Party's Website. But doing so would admit wrongdoing and expose their lies, so they would not.
Two days at the Convention and SEC Meeting with the Rockingham Delegation gave Delmas the opportunity of conning Cartwright even more, which up til then had been by phone calls. So they went to work on Joyce, convincing her I had to go, and cooked up a plan for her to resign. It was absolutely critical that I knew nothing about it until after it happened. Jo-ice had to know about the plan, and agreed with it. That's why Joyce had no negative reaction when it suddenly happened. She already knew it was coming.
What they didn't know was that Joy! was in a full tilt affair with Joyce's boss at The Council on Aging, and that Jo-ice hated me because I was the closest person to ever figure out the 3 of them. I made Joyce happy, and nothing Jo-ice could do would drive me away. I was committed to Joyce above all others for the rest of my life.
This opportunity was perfect: get a lawyer who knew a crooked judge to help steal everything I owned, destroy my business, my family, my friends, with the hope that I would die sooner rather than later. Broke and with no where to go, I shouldn't last long, my Sociopath decided.
Joyce would keep singing in Eden's First Baptist Church choir, and kept giving largish amounts of money each year to those who had fired her, trapped into living the pretense that she had done nothing wrong. After all, she knew everyone in the County from her Extension work, and few knew me at all. For ordinary mortals with a conscience, living such a lie would be a problem. But for a Sociopath, lacking an ability to "feel" guilt or remorse for anything they do, it was normal behavior: a piece of cake.
Looking back, twas an ingenious plan, flawed only by the warped reality of a Sociopath. Unfortunately for Jo-ice, I lived long enough to figure it out. And now, her anonymous key co-conspirators have been identified. Joyce, Joy! and Jo-ice will all 3 go to prison as one, along with their crooked Lawyers and Judges.
We're coming nearer to the end of our story.
It's just a matter of time now.
Justice should be waiting around the corner.
But time is one thing I have little left.

[Judges-on-Trial] 016, published on June 11th, appealed to the Governor and Chief Justice to do their duty and have these criminals arrested so that they would be removed from Office forever. Copies were sent to the State Legislature, Council of State, NC State Bar, hundreds of other Lawyers licensed by the State, and posted to thousands of readers across the Nation.
The day after Independence Day 2010 will mark 4 years since the State of North Carolina stole everything I owned in my native state, sending me to live in exile in poverty. The felonious Judges who robbed me repeatedly threatened me with arrest if I made any attempt to retrieve any of my personal or business property, causing my family and my business to collapse. I was charged with nothing. I was found guilty of nothing. I committed no crime.
Each Public Official -- including each Officer of the Court -- who is aware of this crime stands in violation of their Oath of Office, for their failure and refusal to report these criminals for prosecution. Many thousands of Requests have been sent to hundreds of NC Officials during the past 4 years seeking their assistance, and all are now part of the Public Record. Only one received a response: When Gov Bev was Lt Gov Bev, she sent an Email saying that I should find some kind of Legal Aid Lawyer, but did not say how. This confirms that Gov Bev has been aware of these crimes for years, as she watched its influence spread to corrupt others.
I have hundreds of auto-Reply letters from Gov Bev, each one repeating this lie above her signature:
"If you submitted a question or request for assistance, we look forward to following up with you in a timely manner."

"Please forward complete instructions for filing disbarment proceedings against each and every Lawyer residing in Rockingham County NC who is licensed to practice law by The NC State Bar, by no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, June 18, 2010."
Attached: Names & addresses of 65 Rockingham County Lawyers, as found in files of The NC State Bar.
RESULT: No response because each and every Lawyer who works for The State Bar is guilty of violating their Oath of Office, and are now -- by Lori Reams failure to respond -- subject to permanent Disbarment from the practice of Law, which begins with Disbarment of State Bar General Counsel Carolin Bakewell.
Of the 200+ Lawyers who received a copy of this Email, one Lawyer offered this advice, which The State Bar refused to provide, as required by Law:
What evidence do you have? Have you reported it to the Attorney General's office? Have you filed specific complaints against each attorney as provided by the State Bar? There is a specific form to be used for ethical complaints and I think it has to be notarized as you allege a truth to your belief. Download the form and fill it out, then just leave the blanks for your signature and the attorney's name blank and then you will be on the path to proving your case. Use as many instances of fact as you can.
Facts are of little use when Criminals are in charge of the Judiciary and The State Bar.

June 16th Email Response to RockCo retired Judge Melzer (Pat) Morgan, who confirmed by his Email that he is one of the 65 unconvicted Felons licensed by The State Bar to commit crimes with impunity.

I'm not able to respond to your long and convoluted email here, because so many statements you made were false, most specifically this: "As a lawyer and a private citizen, I have no duty to you."
As a former friend, you have no duty to me. We worked well together as you fed me things to write about Republicans in Rockingham County, because as a Judge, you could not make public statements. I appreciated your candor and dedication.
Your buddy Judge Ed Wilson I helped elect, campaigning and donating. Same for your buddy Judge Rick Stone, who lived a block away from my Garden in Eden, and who was responsible for talking my wife Joyce into politics, by asking her to be the County Point person for Kerry-Edwards, which led her to becoming RockCoDemParty Chair, from which she was fired to shut me up. We raised all the money to buy yard signs, buttons and bumperstickers, and I assembled and distributed nearly a thousand signs from my Studio behind our home on Hamilton Street.
Rick could not campaign himself, but like all you Judges, he pulled strings. Passing by the Scene of the Crime every time he drives anywhere out of his dead-end street, I'm wondering if he also advised my wife's Sociopathic side as to how to get away with ITs crime.
As a Lawyer and Officer of the Court -- even if you are not now one of the 5 active Judges in RockCo -- you do have an obligation to the State that licensed you to practice law, when you know for certain that corruption pervades your RockCo Judicial System, as does every Lawyer in RockCo. They, and you, failed to respect that obligation. Therefore, you are complicit in the felony crimes of Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder. There is a prison sentence in your future.
Ironically you live in one of 5 Tobacco Murder Capitols of America, in Reidsville at 1607 COURTland Ave, and the Criminal Judge who stole everything I owned lives 5 blocks away at 1010 COURTland Ave, according to his Candidate registration. It was because he registered to run for re-election that I was able to figure out who he was.
Up until then, I could only refer to him for 3 years as the Anonymous Judge. You'd think a Judge who planned to mug you and rob you might introduce himself! Maybe not, since I was forced to watch him drool all over my wife, coaxing the answers he wanted with leading questions, as she sat inches from him in the witness stand, in a courtroom he had emptied for our 'trial.'
You wrote to me that you want to continue to live, uninterrupted, in your state of Denial, by removing your addresses from my mailing list. This is the Court of Public Opinion, Pat, not one of your courts, where if I refused to show up, you could sign a warrant for my arrest. That's why I had to go to a court that I had no idea why I was being ordered to appear. No problem removing you, but there are conditions.
You are removed from your Mediator address resolveit@bellsouth.net . By removing that, you are testifying that this is not, and never was, a civil case, but instead was a criminal case which was not subject to mediation.
As to your personal address melzerm@bellsouth.net , that is a problem. You have received copies of things which involve you because, unlike many others, I do my best not to talk about folks behind their backs. But I came up with a solution. Hereafter, your address will be listed as: RockCo Judge Melzer A Morgan Jr melzermXXX@bellsouth.net . It will not deliver to you -- with the inserted XXX -- but I can show that I tried to send a copy to you, and you refused to accept it. That way we both get what we want: I continue to convict you as a felon, and you don't have to watch it happening.
By refusing to do your duty to the State, you sentenced me to a Prison of Poverty for the rest of my life. Seeing you convicted will not matter to me much, but it will at least satisfy Justice.
Give my best to Molly. As an ordained minister, your wife must be suffering a living hell having to accompany you through your crime, struggling desperately to honor her vows to you and to God.
Had my wife ever intended to honor any of her vows, we'd all still be good buddies.

Repeated here is the Remedy sought in my Appeal to the Governor and Chief Justice as published on June 11, 2010:
1) In the name of Equal Justice, that every guilty party in Rockingham County -- which includes every Judge, both sitting and retired; the current District Attorney; his father, the Minority Leader of the NC Senate; and every Lawyer who assisted commission of this crime, or has willfully attempted to cover it up -- be immediately removed from the Bench and/or The State Bar, to be incarcerated without benefit of bail, placed on Trial for their crimes without benefit of counsel, and when convicted, for future protection of NC citizens, sent to prison for the remainder of their natural lives, without possibility of parole.
Everything which these Officers of the Court may own shall be confiscated by the State, and used to establish a Foundation with the sole purpose of assisting North Carolina citizens in successfully filing complaints and charges against NC Judges; or
2) In the absence of carrying out incarceration of the above criminals by no later than 5 July 2010, that both Governor Perdue and Chief Justice Parker immediately resign from every elective or appointive Office of public trust which they may hold, and that they surrender themselves for incarceration without bail to the nearest Federal Marshall.

Footnote of interest: On Primary Runoff Tuesday June 22nd, NC Secretary of State Elaine Marshall won the right to oppose Republican US Senator Richard Burr in November Elections. I was pleased with her election, but to my sorrow, Elaine is also a Lawyer, and a member of the Council of State. [Judges-on-Trial] 019: 4 days to remove Felonious Judges
If you want to be a Judge, what do you do? In most places, you just sign up to run for Judge with a Board of Elections. That's it. If you can talk the voters into it, you're in. Once in, you can keep climbing the Judicial Ladder as you learn how to play the game. At least that's how it works with the corrupt Judgeships in North Carolina.
There are no standards, even tho the State pays some Lawyers & Judges who operate an enterprise organized for criminal purposes called the NC Judicial Standards Commission. JSC was formed to protect Judges from complaints by the pubic about their criminal behavior.
I sent a Complaint to the JSC in 2008, about Raleigh Lawyer Lisa Grafstein impersonating several Judges on the Internet who were running for election to Statewide Judgeships. I had caught her Mail Bombing a computer with 500 Emails, several times, trying to crash it:
I sent reminders to JSC several times over the next few months. Never got anything back, except some lies from their Executive Director, Paul Ross (a Lawyer, of course), answering only after I published that the NC Attorney General had recommended the JSC, even though AG Roy Cooper knew the JSC was worthless.
For the 2010 Campaign Season, Lawyer Grafstein is back in motion, hanging out on non-Judicial Campaign Committees, like one for WakeCoDemoParty Chair & Lawyer Jack Nichols running for Wake County Commissioner, and another for Lawyer Nancy Lorrin Freeman running for re-election as Wake Co Clerk of Superior Court. Grafstein tries to glum onto anyone who might give her status. Here's what I wrote back in March of 2009 about my Grafstein Complaint to the worthless JSC:
"Four months ago I filed a Complaint with the NC Judicial Standards Commission, which I found listed on the NC Department of Justice Website, with a copy to DOJ. Receiving nothing back, I mailed a reminder a month later. This week I wrote Attorney General Roy Cooper, and pointed out that either the JSC doesn't exist, or they appeared to be violating some law by refusing to respond. Either way, I noted that the statement on his Website was a fraud upon the public, and recommended it should be removed immediately."
When the DOJ website was soon after redesigned, the JSC description and link were missing.
I went to the trouble to send the JSC a proper 19-page Complaint. Their Ex Dir refused to present it to the Commission, nor to respond to me about its progress. I have yet to receive a response to the Complaint I sent to The State Bar requesting disbarment of both Lawyers Ross and Grafstein.
The State Bar exists ONLY to protect Lawyers from the public, NOT to protect the public from Lawyers.
Both The State Bar and the Judicial Standards(sic) Commission are criminal organizations organized for the criminal purpose of concealing Lawyer & Judge crimes, and both are frauds upon the public.
JSC Executive Director Paul Ross is an unconvicted felon himself, knowing absolutely that Judges who have committed Felonies still sit on the bench, and JSC does nothing about it.

Lawyers are the only class of people who are professionally licensed by the State to lie to, about, for and before Judges and other Lawyers with impunity. That's how they keep Lawyer's from squealing on each other. They pledge an Oath of Office that they will be honest, but few of them pay any attention to that beyond the fading echo of their words, sworn before a Judge.
The State Bar was set up as a Lawyer Protection Association, to shield Lawyers from complaints by the public. Only if a Lawyer is stoned and beats his client over the head while pisssing on the courthouse steps AND if someone notices and cares enough to file a Complaint, will The State Bar do anything to protect the pubic from Lawyers who are unfit to be Lawyers.
Lawyers who work for The State Bar, like General Counsel Carolin Bakewell, have been ripping off taxpayers since it was founded, as has the JSC since it was set up. Who's going to complain about Lawyers or Judges who work there? And to whom? Certainly not to Lawmakers in the General Assembly, who are predominantly Lawyers.
If you are screwed over by a Judge or a Lawyer, where do you think you'll find anyone to help you? Absolutely nowhere. If you're dumb enough to hire a Lawyer, she/he'll do this dance with other lawyers until a Judge tells them to go settle. If you want to gain anything at all for the mountain of time you invested trying to right a wrong, you take a pittance or nothing.
"Your" Lawyer takes 40% of that, and makes you sign a Settlement Agreement that says you'll have to give it all back if you ever tell anyone what was in the Agreement. It's to provide guaranteed Protection for the screwing "your" Lawyer just gave you. No Judge will sign off on your case unless a gag clause is included in the signed Agreement. He/she never was "your" Lawyer. They are Officers of the Court, and obey what they are told, no matter how their clients get screwed.
Before I knew better, I once had a lawyer promise me he would do exactly what I asked, and take my case to court in order to produce documents for me through Discovery, promising not to settle. He made me pay $5,000 up front, which was 1/4 of my annual income. The very first chance he had, he caved in, started talking settlement, and never produced a single document I needed. He took my money and ran. And this lying bas-tard continued to practice law. He was recommended to me by a "friend", Lawyer Frank Goldsmith, who argued cases for the ACLU. I used to give money to the ACLU, but never again after that. I paid my dues for a lifetime, and then some.
The very LAST place you ever want to go if you discover you're being buttfu*ked by a Lawyer or a Judge is to another Lawyer. Not one of them will risk their careers by going up against another Brother in their Fraternity of Thieves and Liars. They know all the moves to scare you to death, to manipulate you just where they want you.
If you're ever tempted to trust a Lawyer, I suggest you carry a sawed-off 3 lb sledge hammer with you. The first time he steps out of line, use it to drive his balls up this rectum. That might get his attention. Then pick up what's left of your money from table and go home. That's the only satisfaction you're gonna get.

On Sunday mornings I write another ongoing Story, [Jo-ice], which chronicles the personal side of Crimes the State has committed. At 10:30 on Sunday evening, June 27th, I passed the 4-year Anniversary of my eviction from my home and business, with constant threats that if I made any attempt to return, I'd be thrown in jail. It was 8 more days before I learned that everything I owned was to be stolen from me by the State.
Living in exile from my native State and in poverty, at 10:30 I celebrated with the best meal I've cooked in ages, much of it picked from my survival garden, with a glass of 2008 homemade wild Blackberry Wine. A few days before, I'd discovered how to locate the Scene-of-the-Crime on a map found on the Internet. Here is a short excerpt of this piece of evidence from [Jo-ice 153], for your edification:
I had a sudden lightening bolt of insight: there is no place anyone can go to study to be a good Judge. Nowhere. Maybe that's why they're so often rotten? Most Judges are inferior Lawyers who cannot make it in their own Law practice, so they sign up to run for a Judgeship, frequently Sociopaths who will sponge their income off taxpayers for the rest of their lives. Maybe that helps explain why Lawyers are always 'practicing' Law on unsuspecting victims instead of actually doing it?
Anyway, here's how my map/chart stands at present, showing how I was surrounded by neighbors who are now Felons. Gov Bev and Chief Justice Sarah have 8 days from now [reduced to 4 days at this publication] to remove 4 Felons from the November Election Ballot in Rockingham County. After July 5th, they become Criminal Gov Bev and Criminal Chief Justice Sarah.
I'll follow their lead, wherever they take us. They cannot do anything to me for telling the truth. Everything I once owned, they stole. The only thing I have left to steal is my life.

2> 910 Seymour Court, where Lawyer Joe Maddrey and wife Libby live. Joe taught Joyce's Sunday School Class at Eden's First Baptist Church where she sang in the choir. Every day for 4 years, Joe and Libby have had to pass by the Scene of the Crime to drive anywhere, including to his Law Office.
3> 616 South Hamilton, home of Lawyer John W Nooe, half a block away from the Scene of the Crime.
4> 813 Washington Street, Law Office of Cairo, Ferguson & Stroupe. One of these is believed to be Jo-ice's Anonymous Lawyer who helped Jo-ice plot the crimes of Grand Larceny & Intended Murder. This thin short black woman with a polka-dotted face hung out silently in the empty Wentworth Courtroom during the trial, sending hand and face signals to her associate, the Felon Judge Fred Wilkins Jr.
5> 708 Washington Street, Law Office of Lawyer Tommy Harrington, a former Democratic State Office Holder who was at the time Chair of the RockCoRepubican Party.
6> 703 Washington Street, Office of Lawyer Douglas Hux, brother of Ken Hux, who resigned as Chair of the RockCoDemocratic Party to run for State Senate against incumbent Republican Lawyer and Felon Phil Berger Sr of Eden, father of the Felon District Attorney, Phil Berger Jr of Eden. Phil Sr also wrote a pre-nup for Jo-ice to force Gene to sign the day of his marriage to Joyce. When Ken resigned, 1st Vice Chair Joyce became Chair, and was re-elected at County Convention, until she was fired as Chair of her Party 4 years ago last night, in an attempt to shut me up about corruption in the State Democratic Party.
7> 650 Washington Street, Home of Lawyer Tommy Harrington and wife Jean. As Chair of the Republican Party when Joyce became Chair of the Democratic Party, he wrote nasty letters to Joyce. Joyce & Gene attended annual Christmas Parties for Eden Preservation Society members held each year in their home.

Maddrey's wife Libby was once Chair of the RockCoDemocratic Party, and Joe's Law Partner Matt Smith became Chair of the RockCoRepublican Party after Tommy Harrington. Matt did not continue Tommy's compulsion of writing nasty letters to Joyce.
Eden is a small, small world. Twenty of Rockingham County's 65 Felonious Lawyers live there, including 2 of 5 Felonious Judges. Perps-on-the-Ballot State Senator Phil Berger Sr and District Attorney Phil Berger Jr are also both residents of Eden.

Repeated here is the Remedy sought in my Appeal to the Governor and Chief Justice as published on June 11, 2010:
1) In the name of Equal Justice, that every guilty party in Rockingham County -- which includes every Judge, both sitting and retired; the current District Attorney; his father, the Minority Leader of the NC Senate; and every Lawyer who assisted commission of this crime, or has willfully attempted to cover it up -- be immediately removed from the Bench and/or State Bar, to be incarcerated without benefit of bail, placed on Trial for their crimes without benefit of counsel, and when convicted, for future protection of NC citizens, sent to prison for the remainder of their natural lives, without possibility of parole.
Everything which these Officers of the Court may own shall be immediately confiscated by the State, and used to establish a Foundation with the sole purpose of assisting North Carolina citizens in successfully filing complaints and charges against NC Judges; or
2) In the absence of carrying out incarceration of the above criminals by no later than 5 July 2010, that both Governor Perdue and Chief Justice Parker immediately resign from every elective or appointive Office of public trust which they may hold, and that they surrender themselves for incarceration without bail to the nearest Federal Marshall.

[Judges-on-Trial] 020: Restoring Honor and Integrity to the NC Judicial System
On July 8th, NC Governor Bev Perdue issued a personal blog entitled "Restoring Honor and Integrity to the Highway Patrol." The Judicial System in NC is far more corrupted by Judges currently sitting on the Bench than the Highway Patrol. No Judge, including the Judicial Standards Commission and Supreme Court Judges up to and including Chief Justice Sarah Parker, will take action to remove any Judge for malfeasance, even when they know Judges to be guilty of crimes as serious as Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder.
Given this sad state of affairs in North Carolina, with corruption rampant from the bottom to the top of the Judicial System, Gov Bev's Blog has been re-written -- by changing only the names of a few key agencies -- to reflect what Gov Bev should have done inside the Judicial System, just as she ordered to change inside the Highway Patrol.

Unfortunately, instead of issuing anything remotely resembling the above Executive Order,
at 3:45 pm on Monday July 5th, Gov Bev and Chief Justice Sarah confirmed that they had no intention of removing known Felons from the November Judicial Ballot in Rockingham County. Both the Gov & Chief Justice have failed and refused to act, allowing 2 known Felons guilty of Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder to remain on the Judicial Bench in RockCo, as they have for the past 4 years.
Neither of the felonious Judges has opposition on the Nov Ballot, so there is no way for RockCo voters to stop these Felons from committing more crime.
In addition, nothing has been done to remove from the Ballot 2 additional unopposed Felons in RockCo, District Attorney Phil Berger Jr, and his State Senator father, Phil Berger Sr, who is also the Republican Minority Leader in the NC Senate. Gov Bev is a Democrat who fears political repercussions from challenging corrupt Republicans. Republican Legislators in the NC Senate continue to allow a known Felon to lead them, each aware for years that he is a criminal. All Members of the General Assembly currently stand in violation of their Oath of Office.
Until such time as the Criminal Gov and the Criminal Chief Justice choose to act responsibly and in accord with their Oath of Office, they are each condemned by the same corruption which they allow to flourish in the NC Judicial System.
